人視網(wǎng)膜色素上皮細(xì)胞 ARPE19 該細(xì)胞系系源自于一名19歲車禍罹難的健康男性的視網(wǎng)膜組織，由AmyAotaki-Keen建系于1986年。該細(xì)胞系表達(dá)視網(wǎng)膜色素細(xì)胞特有的分子標(biāo)記如胞內(nèi)視黃醛結(jié)合蛋白和PRE-65。
